I attempted the 100 workout got half way through + 15 pushups. My legs are going to give out! oh my goodness hehe.

Yes, I’ve told people I have been on a diet since the beginning of time, but I am serious now. I want to look nice for my birthday, and for when I do those summer car washes and when I go on vacation with my family!
For my total of 4 followers, if you notice me cheating you better tell me! :) I just like to keep track so I will try to be blogging my dieting trip AND hopefully I will see lovely results. I will blog my meals maybe, my thoughts, and keep track of my work outs! Its been a stressful year/ semester/ summer so I should do something for myself. JUST for myself and this feels like it!
Since it’s late in the day I will probably count tomorrow as Day 1! but from this minute forth I will try to do the best I can.
What I will do.
- Work out or do some sort of exercise 3-5 times a week
- Drink 75 oz of water or green tea ( no sugar of course ) daily
- Eat: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner everyday?
One of which will be a meal replacement shake
No meals may be eaten after 6pm!
Exceptions when plans are made with lovely friends
Mimi’s cafe with T.Vu and A. Huynh Friday! Yay!
Meal replacement shakes may be consumed after 6pm
Eat half portions of what I usually eat
Never eat until completely “stuffed”
Drink a good amount of before and after meals for the fulfilling feeling
-Find a beauty Hobby for when I am bored and want to munch
-Try to eat more veggies, and salads. SIGH they aren’t that bad Linh!!
Any home work out idea? Throw them my way!
I’ve gained 30 lbs since college and that is unacceptable. I’ve been lazy and making excuses, hopefully this will help me :(

Only A few years back HOW easy it is to pack on the pounds.
